Overview
Working for both a boutique brokerage & a large independent brokerage in Austin, I witnessed firsthand all the problem areas of real estate. The lack of efficiency was hard to miss. There are dozens of products on the market to help the homebuyer with the process but not the realtor outside of a sales tracker.
Homebase is a dashboard management system I conceived to help agents organize the countless tasks that arise in order for a successful transaction and satisfied clients.
Problem
The hidden keys to success in real estate are organization & communication. Although it’s now one of the fastest moving industries in the world, there are still dozens of hoops to jump through for a transaction to be successful.
Identity
Agent Efficiency
In this facet of sales, Realtors wear multiple hats: attorney, sales agent, the partial therapist you name it. My intention behind Homebase was to improve efficiency & grant users the ability to reach maximum production. To analyze the market, manage properties, lead generate & track outstanding tasks this tool would excel business & assist with time management for any level of sales agent.
Dashboard & Custom Widgets
I created the ability for users to customize their dashboard with a variety of widgets to enhance productivity. Users would have the ability to see an overview of their specific market statistics, optimize their lead intake, modify property needs, etc.
Detailed Property Display
Users have access to a quick view of all listings and property detail.
Personal Sales Analysis
I incorporated the ability for users to view personal sale statistics by month or year and view a year-to-year comparison. Using their specified Multiple Listing Service(MLS), Homebase allows users to view lead conversions, multi-property sales, and their individual commission trajectory.
